Original and timeless low-key instrumentation and understated vocals from Junip oddly reminiscent of The Beta Band, especially on the album opener. Junip is a Swedish band featuring Elias Araya, Tobias Winterkorn, and José González, also well known for his solo work. They released their Black Refuge EP at the end of 2005. After a five year hiatus, they released their LP Fields on September 14, 2010.
